VICIDIAL MANAGER TRAINING
The VICIDIAL Manager Training Program is a 2 day event designed to teach how to use VICIDIAL from a call center room manager standpoint. This program will be taught by Matt Florell, the creator of the VICIDIAL Call Center Suite.

  • in-depth explanation of the Agent interface
  • in-depth explanation of the Manager interface
  • Tutorials for setting up several different types of campaigns
  • Creation of Agent scripts
  • More advanced lead targeting: lead filters and list mixing
  • Troubleshooting, What to do in different situations(high drop rate, low contact rate, etc...) Recommended experience: basic computer skills, basic understanding of call centers
    Computers will be provided for the Manager program

    VICIDIAL ADMINISTRATOR/INSTALLER TRAINING
    The VICIDIAL Administrator/Installer Training Program is a 2 day event designed to teach how to install, administer and troubleshoot a VICIDIAL system. This program will be taught by Matt Florell, the creator of the VICIDIAL Call Center Suite.

  • Installing and setting up VICIDIAL and associate applications
  • Archiving of VICIDIAL logs
  • Differences in major Asterisk versions (1.2, 1.4, 1.6)
  • TDM/T1/E1 interface options and issues
  • Telco trunking options
  • Server hardware recommendations and issues
  • Agent phone options
  • Troubleshooting VICIDIAL
  • Managing call recording in VICIDIAL
  • Using VICIDIAL on a separate server from where your agent phones are.
  • Integrating VICIDIAL with Legacy Dialers and PBX systems
  • Setting up a multi-server VICIDIAL system
  • Blind Monitoring of agents on multiple VICIDIAL servers
    Recommended experience: Some Linux experience, previous Asterisk experience extremely helpful

    VICIDIAL EXPERT/ADVANCED TRAINING
    The VICIDIAL Expert/Advanced Training Program is a 2 day event designed to teach advanced VICIDIAL topics related to how to install, administer and troubleshoot a VICIDIAL system. This program will be taught by Matt Florell, the creator of the VICIDIAL Call Center Suite.

  • Call recording archival options for VICIDIAL
  • Setting up large multi-server VICIDIAL systems
  • Making changes to the VICIDIAL agent interface
  • Making changes to the VICIDIAL back-end scripts
  • High-volume server hardware recommendations
  • Networking issues for large VICIDIAL setups
  • Integrating ViciDial with other systems
  • Other advanced topics
    Required experience: You must pass a qualification test in order to attend this training program.
