Call count not showing in real-time report

Hi
Our "calls today" and "dropped-answered" counts do not show in the real-time report for both outbound and inbound although the agent made 65 calls:
DIAL LEVEL: 2.000 TRUNK SHORT/FILL: 0 / 0 FILTER: NONE TIME: 2011-01-28 09:48:45
DIALABLE LEADS: 91168 CALLS TODAY: 0 AVG AGENTS: 0.90 DIAL METHOD: RATIO
HOPPER ( min/auto ): 10 / 6 DROPPED / ANSWERED: 0 / 0 DL DIFF: 0.12 STATUSES: NEW
LEADS IN HOPPER: 12 DROPPED PERCENT: 0% DIFF: 13.89% ORDER: DOWN
Please help because I really don't want to re-install again
