Hi to all, what are the ranging prices for configuring vicidial, campaign creation, recordings, etc.
As a consultant, or engineer what would you charge?

For me Setup & Configuration is totally free, support and custom development on the other hand is not usually on a per incident or a retainers fee basis

I generally charge $35/hour for a two or three hour training session to go over what YOU need to know to do this yourself.
