NO MATCHING PEER FOUND; CANT REGISTER ACCOUNT WITH VICIBOX

Hi, im a total newbie to vicibox or vicidial. I was able to install vicibox server "express install" (VERSION: 2.6-392a BUILD: 130102-1135) located in a local area network without any routers at the moment. My partner in the installation of this server was able to access vicidial admin and create phones and users. I installed xlite 5 in all the 10 workstations of our LAN. I have been unable to register any xlite accounts in the vicibox server. "No matching peer found" is the persistent message i see in the asterisk CLI everytime I try to register a workstation with xlite to the vicibox server.

sounds like theres just some problems with user/pass or something, read this similar posts:

if you still got problem then post the content of the relevant [phones] from /etc/asterisk/sip-vicidial.conf (or /etc/asterisk/iax-vicidial.conf if your using IAX2 phones)
and post the row from the CLI where it says "No matching peer found"
