2 hour difference between the admin and agent time

hi,

there is a 2 hour difference between the admin and agent time in my vicibox. is there a way to make them the same?
actually, the same question has been posted (viewtopic.php?p=35131) but still i have not found any solution.

ex:

i have set the timezone to australia/queensland using yast.
the time in my admin side right now is 5:54 am
while the agent side is 3:34am

can some one please help me? thanks!!

Did you adjust the timezone of your server and your agent timezone to be the same? and then did you sync them to a common internet time server like pool.ntp.org or time.windows.com ?

yes, i have updated the timezone but still there is still 2 hour difference in the time. i did not sync the time to any time server, i just entered it manually.

check the value of date.timezone in /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
there are gmt settings under each phone and in system settings, check those

I had a similar problem. I remember I checked on the Admin -> Servers -> <server name> page and found that it had a different timezone setting (Local GMT). Maybe it is your case....
