Manual List ID: 10000 (only this campaign is using this list ID)
We are currently dialing manually with no issue. Agent will press the manual dial button if they'll be dialing a number. Normally, when agent put a number that is already on the system it will show all the info and the list number of that number since that number was been dialed previously.
My question now, is there a function on Campaign Details that if an agent dialed a number it will not auto look-up on the system for that number?, hence it will just create a new list number for that particular number instead?
I want to have a campaign where it's leads is just lock on that particular campaign. So even though an agent dialed a number and that number was already on the system, it will not view any info and it will just create a new list number (which is under 10000 List ID).
