AutoDial Does not work

When I call manual the systems work perfectly, but when I put it into adap hard limit or radio the system still make calls, but does not send any calls to the agents

what dialplan entry you are using to dialout

exten => _81XXXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup


But with this dial plan I was working perfectly and suddenly stop working

to

exten => _81XXXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(${SIPtrunk}/${EXTEN:1},,Tto)
