No recording location after upgrade

I have done an upgrade to SVN and since then there is no recording location. Kindly please help.

From VERSION: 2.4-355a. I just upgraded the other day with no issues at all.

I also checked if Apache is running on the archive server and it is running fine.

If there is anybody who could help it would be greatly appreciated. I have also emailed the Vidial Group yesterday already for urgent support but I cannot wait any longer because this is now a full scale crisis for us.

It seems that none of our outbound calls are actually recording. Inbound calls are recording but they also only show when we look in the calls per DID. They also don't show in the user stats pages either.

Are the recordings not in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor or /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE? (Do those folders exist?) If anything I found that we had to edit the crontab to uncomment

2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23,26,29,32,35,38,41,44,47,50,53,56,59 * * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_CRON_audio_3_ftp.pl --MP3

The recordings were there, just not being compressed and moved.

No they are not there either. Matt is going to log in and take a look. I will report back on what the problem was.

Thank goodness there is a place called Vicidial Group and a person called Matt Florell!!

He sorted my problem out within minutes! It apparently had something to do with the context load order that was creating issues in my case. He will also add a fix to SVN to prevent occurrences like this in future.
