Am Using X-Lite for phones, and this is a new installation of Goautodial which i installed from goautodial-ce-2.1-final.iso | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

Am trying to set up a survey campaign but when i click on audio chooser it gives me an empty white page, no options to upload anything.

read about it every when and found that i need to set up the Audio store but when i go in the audio store i get this error :

Error: ERROR: server(192.168.2.50) does not match sounds web server ip(127.0.0.1)

Can some one please help explaining how to set it up?

thanks for posting your specs!

change your sound server ip to 192.168.2.50 in system settings.

Thanks that worked, now i set up every thing in the survey tap but how can i tell the campaign to actually run the survey on each call?

I also cannot use the audio chooser - it is blank. In server settings I changed the "Sounds Web Server" to 192.168.1.103 which is the IP of my server. So why does it still not work?

What happens when you go to the Admin -> Audio Store page?

The "audio file list" also produces a blank white window.

I uploaded some test sound files and (I don't know if this is normal) when I click "Click here to see a log of the uploads to the audio store" the file I uploaded has the IP of my laptop, not my server.

Note that the "voicemail chooser" window does work properly.

And is it normal that the Audio Store is a different version than my vicidial?

Audio store VERSION: 2.2.0-3 BUILD: 100401-1037

versus

Vicidial VERSION: 2.4-334a BUILD: 110831-2038

The version difference is normal.

If you go to Admin -> System Settings, can you click on the Sounds Web Directory?

Have you run this script from the CLI?
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_audio_store_sync.pl --upload

I get this when I do:

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
