Hi,
If we add few number in DNC List, and set 'Y' to Use Internal DNC List.
We do not want agents to dial on these numbers, but the system dialed on these numbers and send calls to agents.
Please advise how we can fix it.

please post your entire configuration including but not limited to your installation method and vicidial version with build.
list all the settings for all the "DNC" entries for the campaign.
verify that the number that was dialed was in your DNC table before it was dialed (this is not the same as dispositioning as DNC, i'm asking you to check the table with mysql or phpmyadmin or webmin depending on your installation)

The number exists in Table: vicidial_dnc but still agents get a calls from these numbers.
We put these numbers into the dnc list before agent dialed on these numbers. we know already these are DNC numbers,
lets say 200 numbers out of 3000 numbers in list are in dnc table before we dialed on them. these are NOT agents dispose as a DNC after getting the call.

There are only 2 parameters (given below) - These are 'Y' yes.
Use Internal DNC List: Y
Use Campaign DNC List: Y
and List > Add-Delete Number From DNC
I add the phone numbers.

do these numbers have country codes or dial codes on them?

I'm having a similar issue with inbound calls.
We are receiving inbound calls and when the agent adds the number to the DNC list it prepends the country code 1 to the number. Our outbound lists are all without the country code.
Is there any way to prevent the inbound campaign from prepending 1's to DNC numbers?

You configure the phone code on inbound calls through the DID or Call Menu that sends the call to the in-group.

I would modify within the DID modifications page:
In-Group Phone Code: 1
Set that to empty?
