We need a vicidialnow professional who can:
* Fix our current vicidialnow 1.2 installation ( we use it as a predictive dialer ) with 3 carriers which gives congestion errors or create a new installion of vicidialnow 1.3 and configure it with our 3 sip providers as a predictive dialer.
* Create an inbound & ivr campaign on our current installation or on the new 1.3 installation.
* Give us training about Vicidialnow configuration, lead uploading and campaign creation.
* Give us support about vicidialnow in case of emergency.
Edit:
Vicidialnow will be hosted on a HP DL380 server with VMware and all support will be given using teamviewer.
