Hi,

I need to have an option to print out a form added to the agent screen or to the disposition screen. I need it to populate some of the basic information from the lead. Name, address, phone.... about 6 fields all together. The form is two pages. I have it in a word document or pdf file to get you started. As always I needed this done yesterday. Intergrateing it into a web form I am sure will work the easiest and quickest. I just dont have the time to get it done. I need this first.

I am using the latest vicidialnow 1.3.

I would like to also be quoted to have a scheduler added to the agent screen. Pretty much just like the call back calander, but it allows us to open a window and pick a a date and time. populate into the customer information screen then have it linked to a "schedule" report in admin.

This is needed second"next week"
