Hello! We have Vici installed inhouse. We need some help with setting up and executing the initial campaigns. We want to set up a natural campaign (to minimize the appearance of a robodialer), the idea was to have the agent actually listening in to the campaign so that he can jump on a call as soon as it's answered. we do a two or three hour "how to use your new dialer" training for $35/hour, if paid and scheduled at least two days in advance.

it's a good way to "get off the ground and running".

We need the following done on our vicidial box:

1. Set up trunks with existing SIP provider. No POTS
2. Set up (3) agents (already defined on our trixbox)
3. Assistance with making sure all nescessary ports are open on our firewall
4. 1-2 hour remote training showing us how to load a list and start dialing
5. Set CID to show our real number.
6. Record ALL calls
7. Secure system by resetting any default passwords.

Our goal is to run 'natural' campaigns in which the lead experiences no lagtime between the connection of the call and the greeting. This means no answering machine detection and one call per agent.

We charge $20/carrier if they use standard methodology for US termination and publish their requirements, or it can be handled as tech support hourly, and generally takes 15 min per carrier.

Off by default. That was easy.

So expect perhaps a little more than 2 hrs training (perhaps 2.5-3 hrs) and set aside some $$ for the rest ... as shown above.

Fine print: We do not guarantee that your installation is going to work properly unless WE did your installation (obviously!). If you want us to go through your installation before we begin to verify that "everything works", we charge $99 to validate an install. This does not include "fix it" time, but does mean that when we do training, everything will work according to requirements for the training to succeed.

Dont mind but I see that you are using Gerski Design with 2.0.5 which is NOT compatible.

is it DialShree or DialShri? it seems to change based on where you look.

oh, and i'd be nervous about the "WARNING: " php crashes behind image #2. I am going to have to say our previous poster's comment regarding compatibility may be correct and even unresolved.
