Hi,
Is it possible to have the following in an outbound only voiceblast campaign?
| PM | Played Message | 2292 |
| PU | Call Picked Up | 27
I thought call picked up would be higher then played message. If i am wrong and my vicidial has it backwards; does anyone have any insight as to how i can correct this issue?
VERSION: 2.0.5-132
g.729 / Sip Only
Thanks in advance for any advice.

That's normal. PU just means that an Answer signal was received and the call didn't start playing the message yet.

Ok thanks for the response.
can you tell me if these numbers look normal?
AA | Answering Machine Au | 1897 |
| B | Busy | 1282 |
| DNC | DO NOT CALL | 152 |
| NA | No Answer AutoDial | 14272 |
| PM | Played Message | 1250 |
| PU | Call Picked Up | 3952 |
| SVYREC | Survey sent to Recor | 62
So is it safe to assume by the numbers above that 3952 answer signals were recieved but the call was disconnected before the message began to play?
1,250 people heard at least 1 second of the message ? or does this mean that 1,250 people listened until they were supposed to press the 1 key?
i bought the manuals and i am going to double check them but im worried that maybe calls are being dropped upon connection.

sure, those could be fine, but I really couldn't say for sure without seeing the settings for the campaign.

Just curious matt, the call would be counted as PM by agi script's only after message stops playing right ? Otherwise whats the point of having that count if it is incremented even after someone hears one second of message ( PU gives same thing) ?
EDIT: Just had a quick look in agi, it seems PM is set only if customers enter some dtmf .. agi does not wait till message playing finishes to set that digit

I am available for part time support and remote installations

That's on a survey campaign, AL is used on the answering machine message side to indicate that the message was played fully before hangup.
