DROPPED PERCENT value is always 0% !!!! HELP

hello mates,

the problem is in the web interface in the VICIDIAL Real-Time view of a working campaign my DROPPED PERCENT value is always 0% !!!!

after some searching i found out that the database row where the website takes this information from is empty ( NULL ).

any idea how can i fix it? cause it`s really important to me.

Please read the Stickies. Please read the Manager's manual. And when you have done this you will note that one of the requirements to Post on this site is that you list your configuration. Not trying to be snotty, but without your version and setup information, it's kinda hard to guess what happened.

I would suggest you collect your configuration/installation/version information (including any extra software installed other than vicidial if any) and place it in your "signature" so you don't have to remember to put it in any more. It'll just be there and you'll get an ANSWER instead of a "We'd love to help ... but we know nothing of your system ..." response.
