Internal DNC is not working with softphone.
Can anyone help me if it’s possible with softphone without login in into campaign?

No, softphones place the call directly through Asterisk (the call engine) without interacting with any parts of ViciDial. If you want DNC functionality to work, your agents need to log into a campaign and place manual dials.

Alright Thanks. So it means not even possible if we do something in the Dialplan Entry to check dialed number in dnc before placing the call?

no, have them use the agent interface
