DEADAIR when agent receive the call

some of the calls when Agents receive the call no customer is on the line.

Dial Method: Ratio

Total Number of Caller id: 10k
Custom CallerID: AREACODE
CID Group : Rotation every call
CID Group Fail Over: By State

Routing Extension: 8369
AMD Type: AMD
WaitForSilence Options: 2000,2,30

SETTINGS CONTAINER:
Container Type: AMD_AGENT_OPTION
Container Entry: HUMAN,HUMAN

Cluster 1 - Svn 3564
Asterisk 11.25.1-vici
1 database, 2 dialers

Cluster 2 - Svn 3701
Asterisk 11.25.1-vici
1 database, 2 dialers

tried multiple carrier, but still most of the calls has no audio when agent received the call.

anyone who can help me with this one?

Try turning off AMD.

but when I do that all answering machine will be sent to the agents right?

Yes, but they will also get all of the humans too, and without the up-to 5 seconds of delay that using AMD causes.
