Some Carriers got suddenly unreachable

Hi,

Some of my carriers which were reachable before suddenly got unreachable. The server provider are saying there is no issue from there side. I'm renting server from Hetzner. I have talked to my carriers, IP is not blocked at their side. I believe there is issue on Hetzner network but not sure as I'm able to ping the carrier, tried MTR udp and tcp with 5060 as well but no issue. Still those carrier not reachable. Same carriers are reachable from my asterisk server.
There were no changes made on server as well

Yea it sounds like perhaps hetzner has blacklisted the ip's? or blocked them from the firewall communications? I would follow up with them if nothing has changed.

I did asked them but they responded that they haven't blocked anything, the issue started few weeks back but got worse few days ago when they had swear network issues. Actually IP's are able to ping, mtr is fine therefore they say there is no issue on their side.

I think SIP option packets are getting blocked, if I do "qualify = No", traffic is able to reach carrier. Testing further...
Is there a tool with which I can check where actually its being blocked?
