All installation and configuration problems and questions

Hi guys,
I have a problem, Vicidial installation is from scratch.
I have my incoming and out going calls working successfully but one scenario happens any time i receives an inbound call
=>When the DID is routed to a phone, i can see the caller's number on my IP phone
=>When i route the DID to an ingroup, My IP phones show "RINGAGENT0000000 asterisk" as the caller's ID.
Please help, other information will be given on request

Good job posting your Vicidial Version with Build.

If you used manual installation, please include the OS disk and a link to the instructions you used for installation. This helps us put together those with similar issues from similar installs.
What setting do you have in the ingroup for On-Hook CID and On-Hook CID Number?
