I noticed under Campaign detail settings an option for Agent Screen Labels: which is set to system settings, which uses the labels set in the system settings screen, but what i want to know is how to i add choices to this menu for the purpose of having campaign specific agent screen labels?

That's what the Agent Screen Labels section within Admin is for. The Screen Labels in the System Settings are defaults.

yes, ok i'm silly, i was thinking you could only change 1 label there... haha, i get it now, thanks
