Good morning,
I have a cluser of 4 dialer+web server and 1 db.
I replaced a server by uninstalling the old one and installing vicibox 4-0-1 on the new machine.
Now all the agents report that they hear choppy audio.
what could be the problem?
Load average on all servers is <0.25
Vicidial 2.8-403a
Svn version 1983
Asterisk version 1.4.44

Could be any number of things, is there a reason you aren't using a more recent version? Vicibox 4 is several years old.

An upgrade is scheduled next month
