Bind address to agent ip

Hi there

i would like to know if i can bind ip address and agent together so that the user wont be able to register from another ip.

VERSION: 2.12-563a
BUILD: 160801-2119

i was trying to do it with bindaddrr= xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, and so on but it does not work
