Transfer/Park button not available

Hi Matt et all,

A very newbie question, Im doing a manual dialing test... but the transfer and park buttons are NOT selectable, I have the Vicidial Transfer set to 1 for this agent.

Am i missing something here? I have read both the manager and agent manual but i have no idea why this might be.

I've just answered myself, the thing is(was) that the call was being directed to a voicemail... and VICIDIAL seems to be smart enought not to make this buttons available for such an event!
