Hi Group,
I am using astguiclient-2.0.3. I am facing a problem of calls dialing. When the agent is on the LIVE call at that time still the calls are firing in backgroud and my leads are getting wasted and calls are dropped.
What if i dont want the calls to firing when the agents are on LIVE call.

set Available only tally to yes in campaign . still if u have dial level of 3 for example and one call picked up and 2 out of 3 get connected and 1 agent is available then call will be dropped .. thats how it works .
