how to install vicibox by network boot.

Nope. Concept: Vicibox is an .iso image. PXE boot is not designed to load from that image. Similar to USB installs, it's not just a matter of copying the image from one place to another, there are other concerns regarding both boot up and data storage/copying.

We've looked at this several times, but to date not spent enough time on it to determine viability, much less a complete solution. In the end, the reason is that it's much simpler to put in a USB CD drive than to code the necessary routines to convert Vicibox to PXE or USB.

Actually the LiveISO can be used on either CD or USB thumb drive, no conversion necessary. This has been true since ViciBox v.6. The ISO is, however, not usable for PXE boot as the boot process is different for PXE.

You can use a utility like ImageUSB to image the USB thumb drive from the ISO. In fact, this is how we install our servers before shipping them to customer. Much less troublesome then a CD for many reasons. A lot of people make the mistake of using something to 'convert' the ISO to USB for burning, which just messes things up. All you need to do is write the ISO to the thumb drive and it's good to go.

but somehow some are doing it via pxe boot creating using serva By the way the designed it.

No one said it was impossible ... Just that no one has done it yet for Vicibox.

Production. Someone has to pay for a technician to put forth the effort. You could make that happen ... do the research! And post your PXE results here when done. *)
