hello

Im using asterisk ver.1.2, and work smoothly after 3 days that we didnt use the vicidial I cant load add any leads to the hopper anymore.
when I reload the leads i got this error below:

ERROR CANNOT ADD ANY NEW LEADS TO HOPPER
ERROR CANNOT ADD ANY LEADS TO HOPPER

can any body help me about this problem?
any suggestion is a great help.

Can you post the full debug results of the hopper script?

At the bottom of the Basic View of the campaign modification screen, how many leads does it say are able to be dialed?

This campaign has XX leads to be dialed in those lists
