DID point to Call Group of External Extensions?

DID point to Call Group of External Extensions?

Hi guys, it's me again NefariousParity!

Now, I know how to make a DID point to a extension that has for instance 71(555)555-5555.

No problem right.

However is there a way to do this for a ring group of external numbers?

Would this be something like with remote agents?

Example of what I am trying to accomplish,

1800 number comes into dialer, and then rings four cell phone numbers? ETC?

Found this post, solved my issue. Now what I need is the campaign as the callerID and not the customer phone number. Hah! Usually this is the opposite problem. :D

if the calls are inbound, the setting is in the ingroup.

when the calls pass through to the agent, it may be necessary that the call use a standard vicidial carrier (including all three lines) to change the CID to the campaign CID instead of the inbound caller's CID.

You know as a quick dirty fix I made the ingroup the phone number, and told it to use the ingroup as the callerID.
