_XXX. is not a good extension, you should use _9XXX. or similar and use 9 as dial prefixexten => _XXX.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN},20,to)
I configure the sip phone 103 in vicidial and the inbound campaign, inbound group, DID. So when I configure the sip 104 in vicidial and try to call agent by the interface screen to answer and the system use other line to answer not use the interface agent and I do the trunk to activate the interface of agent when call arive I configure the sip 101 with elastix and when I call the extension DID 9998811112 to the sip 103 of vicidial my phone tel that “the answered is busy please try call later” I don’t have the voip provider I want to do it in local. what can I do please help me.

I put it in my dialplan entry on vicidial: exten => _9XXX.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _9XXX.,2,Dial(${elastix1}/${EXTEN:1},,To)
exten => _9XXX.,3,Hangup. And add the same in the /etc/asterisk/extension.conf file under the trunkinbound section.
