Vicibox 8.0.1 Additional Telephony

Postby vkad » Fri Mar 02, 2018 11:48 am

VERSION: 2.14-660a
BUILD: 180219-2204

We have 12 agents. Outbound autodial 1:10

I have setup:

ser1: 1 x all-in-one server (DB + Telephony + Webserver) - Telephony server has been disabled and agents migrated to "ser2".
4 core + 8gb + ssd

ser2: 1 x web-server + telephony server (all agents on this telephony server + webrtc/viciphone + webserver)
1 core + 1gb + ssd

ser3: 1 x web-server + telephony server (telephony server | balance dialing)
1 core + 1gb + ssd

ser4: 1 x web-server + telephony server (telephony server | balance dialing)
1 core + 1gb + ssd

ser5: 1 x web-server + telephony server (telephony server | balance dialing)
1 core + 1gb + ssd

If I add the agent to telephony server on ser1, everything runs fine. But for the agents on the ser2, I am getting incorrect dispo statuses, no call times in realtime screen and there may be other errors that I am not aware of....

Please help...

All the telephone servers are running fine and under minimal load.

All the servers are on asterisk 13. The same thing happened on asterisk 10.

Additionally, while the carriers have been synced across the cluster. We also had echo test in the dialplan in the carrier. Only the first dialer allows us to run the echo test. Which is a little strange since other diallers allow normal autodialing, but not direct dialling from the web phone like the dialer on server 1.

Have you tried restarting Asterisk on the servers that it doesn't work? We have seen many instances where the phone and carrier configurations don't automatically reload on newer Asterisk versions. Try setting the "Rebuild conf files" dropdown on each Server to Y. If that doesn't work, just restart Asterisk or reboot the server.

As for your original question, this might be due to a bad install or misconfiguration. Make sure all your servers have the same Vicidial version. Also make sure they have the same timezone and system time. For the no or incorrect time on the real-time report, make sure your web server is set to the correct timezone/time as the other servers. Also make sure the timezone in php.ini is set to the same one.
