Low amount of agents and bad call quality

I set up an express install of vicidial on new server with lots of resources.

If 4 agents are logged in they don't have any quality issues at all. Once agent number 5 logs in the call quality for everyone drops to the point where nobody can hear anything.

It is a fresh installation and as I said there are more than enough resources available. Server load does not spike when the 5th agent logs in.

Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause or if there are any settings I can adjust to improve quality?

Setup:

VERSION: 2.14-605a
BUILD: 170327-1655

CPU: Dualcore 3.7Gz
RAM: 8 GB

Is this real hardware or a virtual server?

What are the network connection specs for this server?
