Chats in Queue: # ?

Hello;

vicibox 7.0.3, vicidial 2.12-558a, Build 160602-1450, asterisk 11.22.0-vici, Single Machine

In the agent screen desktop, I see Calls in Queue: # and Emails in Queue: #, so how I can know Chats in Queue?

Have you looked when you are paused and checked to see if they show up as calls?

Hello;

They do not show up as calls at all. The only thing that appears are that the Chat Customer tab is blinking with red color. But I can not see Chats in Queue and they are not appearing in the Calls in Queue.

Any advise?

Probably best to upgrade again. Young add-on, still likely having growing pains.
