Hello;

vicibox 5.0.3, vicidial 2.8-420a, Build 131210-1741, asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici, Single Machine, Core I7, Vtiger 6.0

Is there any plan to have mobile application to be used to login and logout instead of the agent GUI? It will be useful for using iPad for the agent.

Regards
Bilal

iPad has a web browser. The agent screen is a web page.

If you want an "app" instead (which requires installation on each device after publishing to the platform in question which requires development for that platform), we've had several inquiries, but no takers. I suspect The Vicidial Group has had the same experience.

We've had several "almost" R&D requests for iPhone/iPad and Android. But to date, no one has actually chosen to take it even as far as proof of concept (ie: a quickie to prove it can be done).

I am using the ViciDial agent on my iPhone in both CHROME and SAFARI browsers.

Some of the features do not seem to work.

For example - I cannot click MANUAL DIAL, FAST DIAL, and AGENT VIEW +

Nothing happens when I try to click these (versus if I click them in desktop browser).

I also apparently cannot edit the Customer Information. The keyboard and edit cursor do not pop up.

Is anyone else successfully using iPhone browsers to use ViciDial agent?

Thanks.

Keep trying other browsers until you get lucky or run out. Firefox?

Also: This could be due to javascript being disabled or a security issue on your phone. If there's any form of troubleshooter available for the browser in question, see if javascript functions work as expected. AJAX is a touchy thing.
