Person Calls DID ---> Call Menu Press 3 speak to agent ---> Weird numbers for caller ID "V62613230200002634 " example.

You need to use CLOSER as the Handle Method when sending the call into the In-Group from the Call Menu if you are doing outbound Survey transfers from Call Menu(which is what it looks like you are doing).
