Survey - Solved

1) Add a new Campaign
2) Set Dial Prefix
3) Set extension 8866
4) Create Remote Agent assign to campaign
5) Create Test List.
Survey works fine as default, whenever I change Survey First Audio File to anything other than default, even files defaulted into the system. Survey does not play audio.

So weird, Its like when I turn a carrier on or off it works. But as soon as I make a change to the survey it does not work one Very finicky, like works one minute and not the next.

Do not test with Sprint as your test phone.
