inbound calls issue

Hi,

Vicibox 64bit 5.0.3 installer
single server
no other hardware
VERSION: 2.8-421a
BUILD: 140108-0752

i am having problem receiving inbound calls. see below cli output

usually this indicates a firewall issue.

I have two ports, one for private and one for public IP address
I turned off the firewall for me to check if that is the issue, but still same issues :(

seems the SIP endpoint is not availalbe

as your DID forward to sip 502

make sure sip 502 is registered and reachable
