if you have 60 agents on a single shift and are dialing at a ratio of 50:1 for press one campaigns while recording all calls with g729 while also running a CRM and several other web sites on the servers, nope. You'll likely need more.
if, however, you have 60 agents on 3 shifts (never more than 20) for inbound only with a max of 20 simultaneous calls (because all others are sent to voicemail if an agent is not available) NOT recording calls and using ULAW and NOT running any other web sites, you could get by with a single server.
that being said: IF you are using ulaw and not recording all calls and do not have any other web sites or software running on the server and are dialing 2:1 with no more than 60 agents total, you should be ok with that. but you should have a third dialer built and ready for insurance (perhaps with lesser specs ...). You could also use that 3rd dialer as the archive server and perhaps a reporting server. It would be useful in case there is a "challenge" with either of the other two dialers for minor emergencies (CPU fan dies ... ). Also good for testing campaign settings, development, and call issues (no other traffic on it makes debugging much easier!).
