So I take it that inbound leads are not counted towards Team Performance report tally under sales column? But as I look again, the tally for sales is not accurate. What AM I, doing wrong to cause this?

For instance, 015 had two sales that day, 1 inbound and 1 outbound.
For instance, 019 had one sales that day, 1 outbound.

In there user stats, it is dispositioned the lead is dispositioned as our custom status "Lead1" which is setup as a sale with these settings.

Thanks in advance!

Try adding &DB=1 (or modify &DB= by adding 1 after it if it is already present ...). This may net you the sql queries needed to assemble this information and find your flaw.

Were all sales "Lead1" for sure? Were all sales on same shift and campaign?

Yes, because I can look up the user, and in their personal stats it will show the correct disposition. And yes on the shift also. They were all part of that users groups shift. Just verified.

Yes I tried adding the "1", from a glance it all looked fine. I'm not exactly sure what I would be looking for.
