vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

We need by default not to select the below field which is "Search Existing Leads", because meanwhile I have to login and go for this field and deselect it because by default it is selected. I tried in the agent settings and campaign settings to disable Agent Lead Search, but it seems it is not related to this field "even by disabling it, still it is appearing selected ... seems it is for something else", although I deselected it in the campaign and agent settings "both". So, what is the solution to let this field by default not selected?

That sounds like a good feature to add. Please post to the Issue Tracker and post a patch for this feature, or consider sponsoring development.
