Zoiper and auto answer

Hello;

vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

How to have auto answer using zoiper free softphone? I enabled in the admin --> phone the auto answer and the web phone but without any result. I am not using the web based softphone.

that is a function of the phone. not related to Vicidial. nor is it something that can be controlled by Vicidial.

I do know that the AA button (auto answer) in X-lite works quite well (in our version, which is very old, can't speak for the newer versions).

You need the paid version of zoiper to get the auto answer functionality.
