So I have this issue from time to time. Where if a customer gets angered. They hit buttons on their phone, and even after they hang up, its stuck playing a DTMF Digit Tone. Even after an agent hangs up the call that is all they hear. And they have to log out of the system and log back in before they can take calls normally again. Now all my systems run through a2billing? Any ideas?
