Closer Campaign

Hi, I have had a situation now when a agent(In Blended Campaign) accepts an inbound call and is in conversation with customer as soon as dialer connects with someone on the outbound portion, it kicks the customer from the line, and puts the out bound in?

Never heard of that happening. Does it happen on all campaigns and/or ingroups? Show agi debug output from an occurrence if you can.
