Really the alerting on the IP Phone (when the Phone keep doing toooot every period time) is upsetting, how to remove the voicemail alert at the IP Phone and leaving this for the user to decide checking his/her voicemail when he/she would like to do this without see any alert on the IP Phone?

Have you tried reconfiguring the phone to not check for VM? We've modified a few systems to turn off the VM "push" by altering the sip configuration template.
