Anyway to remove WebForm Submit from Disp Page?

I don't think so. But if you set the web form url in the campaign to your home page, it will perform the exact same function as the submit button except it'll also show your home page to the agent that presses it. You could also set it to a page that automatically closes itself, but that's extra work.

Sounds like a good feature to have it "disabled" and not visible. You should request that feature on the Vicidial Issue Tracker or pay someone to create it! (We do that sort of work ... as does The Vicidial Group)
