Hi, I have inbound agents that multi task other projects while they are waiting for inbound calls. I noticed after "X" amount of time if the agent is idle long enough in ready or pause. Vicibox automagically logs them out. Is there anyway to increase this time? Or turn it off completely. Thank you in advance!

Taht is not a feature of Vicidial. I suspect you have a networking problem or the agent's computers are hibernating.

I just figured it out today. This guy pays $420\mo for a 10x2mbit line! OMG!! My tech guy says it is ten times faster than our old T-1. I don't know where to start.....

Actually it is 6X faster in one direction and 33% faster in the other direction. But you should shop around to see if you can get fiber. FiOS is marvelous, Google Fiber is excellent ... but any fiber will do. Failing that, see if you can get a broadband connection with at least 5M upload speed. Makes life in the call center much more comfortable.

Yeah, I am tackling that issue tomorrow, just logging into agent screen is pretty laggy. His downloads from my dedicated servers are capping at like 70k's. I have two other call centers I setup that run on Fios. 50mbitx30mbit. Excellent.
