So I have my web form in the closer script. Is it possible when someone transfers call, it populates the fields in that form in the agent script?

What language is your form page written in? PHP, ASP, etc...

You would need to program your form to be able to identify variables being passed to it and populate them when your form page is loaded.

My next question would be like, what is it in the system that identifies a opener, and a closer?

The way I have it setup, is that the opener sends the call to the closer, the closer up getting the call gets the script pop-up. There are two fields, marketer and verifyer. Would be cool to pop those appropriately.

I would need a lot more information before I could answer your question, such as all of the current relevant settings for the script form and page the form references.
