Phone number displaying all XXXX's

I have a fairly new ViciBox Cluster I setup at one of my remote offices and I have an issue I have never run into before.. All the phone numbers displayed on the status screens and possibly the agent screen's is coming up all XXX's see below.

Is this a feature somewhere I am missing? I have looked high and low and cannot seem to find it... This is my 8th system I have installed and the first time I have run accross this.

wanpipe & dahdi recompiled see http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=26006 For what I had to do there.
8 campaigns all doing the same thing
72 Agents
Dedicated Database
Dedicated Web Server
3 servers for agents only
3 outbound dialing servers
max dial level 30 possibly more but ISP bandwidth saturated we usually run at about 4 or 5 but it can handle 30 :twisted:

Check the user preferences for the logged in user. Change everything to 1 instead of 0 and see if that resolves your issue. Then you can go back and see which one it was ...

Some of those User settings you don't want set to "1" William. Especially the "Admin Hide Phone Data" one, which is probably what is causing this for him.

Thanks guys that was it. I just ran a query and updated all my managers at that office at once. Everything is working great now.
