Command line lead loader

Hi,

I'm running VERSION: 2.4-254
BUILD: 100512-1615
Asterisk 1.4.27

I've been searching for the command line lead loader and I simply can't find it. Could someone please tell me what file and location it is?

/usr/share/astguiclient/VICIDIAL_IN_new_leads_file.pl
