call hangup not detecting at agent interface.

Hi
using sip provider account to call my no (predictive campaign ) ..but when i hung up(using mobile phone) its not detected at agent interface . i use x-lite as softphone ( their i can listen the dissconnect sound ) but its not reflected on agent interface. so i hungup from agent interface and then dispose the call.

I have tested with two sip provider account , Same issue ..
