Recently I have installed Vicibox RC2. Installation was perfect to my knowledge.

when a agent logs in after few second its shows the message "time synchronization problem with your system"

Please help me

friend try to read the manual
and do same test before as
you screen -ls have a min 9 task runing.
set your correct zone time : sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
reboot
and test again.
if not try to put your cli asterisk here also your log for the installation.

please explain it in details. m a bit confused. what commands should i follow .............. ???

Through web i can to knows that i have to change or correct the time zone. thats Ok

But How to do it question lies there

even i faced the same problem yesterday.
i traced the problem that my vici system time was In EST and my winndow machine where i am using X-lite was in IST .
i changed the time zone of vici system..its working fine .
i used system-config-date.
