libpri version 1.4.9 no longer available to download

it would appear that the vicibox install may be attempting to download and install wget http://downloads.digium.com/pub/libpri/ ... 4.9.tar.gz

unfortunately, 1.4.9 is no longer available on the site. only 1.4.8 and 1.4.10.2

i noticed that several vicibox installs failed and did a quick walk through of the scratch instructions that the client had just downloaded (in theory) for 2.2.0 and immediately bumped into the libpri failure.

i'm not positive how exactly the client was doing the installation, but in theory it was a vicibox server iso install (ubuntu, not openSuse)

if the install script is part of the early download process and not contained in the iso, then that downloaded script needs a quick change to have 1.4.10.2 in all the references to the libpri version (unless there's a flaw in 10.2)
